Moroccan Grilled Meatballs with Tahini-Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Grilling meatballs may sound different, but their smoky flavor can’t be beat. These meatballs are nicely spiced with herbs and spices and they stay juicy thanks to the grated onion. The tahini-yogurt sauce compliments the meatballs and balances perfectly with the hot sauce drizzled on top, creating an irresistible bite.
Serve these as an appetizer or for dinner with a side of grilled veggies.

1. Combine tahini sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.

2. Preheat grill to medium-high and coat the grill grate with cooking spray. Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 32 (1-inch) meatballs, then thread them onto 8 skewers (4 each skewer).

3. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are cooked through, about 10 minutes.

4. Transfer the skewers to a serving platter and drizzle with hot sauce. Serve tahini sauce on the side for dipping.
