I specialize in making healthy meals with lots of flavor. Before coming home to West Michigan, I worked as a recipe developer in Chicago, creating hundreds of recipes based on seasonal fruits and vegetables. I also worked as a dietitian and culinary expert at a Mid-Western grocery store chain where I provided nutrition counseling and cooking classes.
