Air Fryer Cornbread Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms are one of my favorite appetizers because they are always a crowd pleaser and they pack so much flavor! In this version, the combination of sweet cornbread crumbs with nutty sharp cheddar cheeses provides the perfect flavor balance. For an extra kick, serve these garnished with a dash of hot sauce on top. Air Fryer Cornbread Stuffed Mushrooms

Beef and Mango Curry

On chilly winter nights there’s nothing more cozy than a bowl of soup or stew. Curries are one of my favorite meals – so flavorful and simple. I decided to use the chips we had left to create the perfect crunchy coating for these chicken tenders. This recipe could not be simpler, and I like the that these tenders are less Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Tenders

This pasta sauce provides just the right amount of heat and the rigatoni is the perfect vessel to soak up all those yummy San Marzano tomato juices. Serve this with a Zesty Turkey Sausage Rigatoni

Pumpkin Bread with Maple Chai Glaze

It’s a good time of year to stock up on canned pumpkin because it’s most likely going to be on sale. It adds wonderful flavor to this quick bread but I also love using it in pancakes, cookies and even chili. Serve this bread at your upcoming holiday brunch and prepare to wow your guests!
