Smoked Beer Cheese Dip

This is such a simple appetizer to prepare and it packs huge flavor! I like to make this for parties because it’s always a hit. If you’re not a huge fan of smoked cheeses, simply use all white cheddar. Serve this with pretzels, crackers, crostini or veggies.

  1. Place cubed cheeses in a food processor and process until crumbly.

2. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire, Dijon and seasonings and process until combined.

3. With the motor running, slowly add the beer and continue to process until the dip is smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed.

4. Scoop the beer cheese into a serving dish and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
