Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits, but sometimes it can be hard to find good ones. We have now started to see some Florida strawberries at our grocery stores and I’ve been scooping them up because they are so sweet and juicy! I have a huge container of them in my fridge right now so I decided to use some to make this frozen yogurt bark. This is such a fun snack to have your kids help you make and it keeps well in the freezer for months.
1. Combine yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla in a large bowl.
2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the sheet in an even layer. Top with strawberries, chocolate chips and almonds. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
3. Once completely frozen solid, remove from the freezer and cut into squares. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
