1. Combine salsa ingredients in a food processor for about 5 seconds (you want it to be slightly chunky). Transfer to a bowl.

Tilapia with Pina Colada Salsa

All you need:
1/2 ripe pineapple, cored and diced
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
1/4 bunch cilantro
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 jalapeño, halved and seeded
Salt, to taste
4 tilapia filets
