
With the holiday season in full swing, it’s nice to have easy appetizers like this one at the ready. The creamy brie, sweet raspberry jam and toasty pistachios make the perfect bite. You can use this same method using apricot jam and chopped roasted almonds – both are delicious served with crostini or crackers.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Unwrap brie and place in an oven-safe dish. Score top with a paring knife.


3. Spread raspberry jam evenly on top. Sprinkle with pistachios.



4. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until Brie is warm and melty.


5. Serve immediately with crostini or crackers.

Raspberry Pistachio Baked Brie
Serves 8
All you need:
1 (7-8 ounce) package Brie cheese
1/4 cup raspberry jam
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (I used lightly salted)
Crostini or crackers, for serving
