Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon

 This meal is on the table in 20 minutes, but tastes like something you would order at a 5-star restaurant. The salty prosciutto paired with the sweet and salty mustard mixture on the salmon is an amazing balance of flavors. Serve this with a leafy green salad and prepare to wow your family and friends!

1. Preheat oven to 375. 
2. Combine the mustard and maple syrup in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the salmon filets with salt and pepper, then evenly spread the
mustard mixture on top. Tightly roll the prosciutto slices around the
salmon. 

4. Place the salmon filets on a baking sheet, seam side down. Bake for 15 minutes.

All you need:
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 (8 oz.) salmon filets 
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 thin slices prosciutto 

All you do:
