
Sweet, juicy peaches and creamy oats make this a breakfast that tastes like summer in a cup. These peach overnight oats are the perfect blend of wholesome and indulgent – packed with fiber, lightly sweetened and bursting with fresh fruit flavor. Whether you’re heading to work in a hurry or savoring a slow morning, this chilled, no-cook recipe is a refreshing way to start your day right!
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt. Set aside.


2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla, flax seeds (if using), hemp seeds (if using) and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt.


3. Scoop 1/2 of the peaches evenly into 4 serving dishes (mason jars work well here, too). Top evenly with oat mixture. Finish with the remaining peaches and toasted almonds.




4. Cover dishes and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours (or overnight). Enjoy for up to 4 days.

All you need:
4 fresh peaches, diced
1 tablespoon light brown sugar, divided
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon divided

2 cups old-fashioned oats
2 cups milk (I used unsweetened soy milk, but any will work)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons whole flaxseeds (optional)
2 tablespoons shelled hempseeds (optional)
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
All you do:
