- In a small bowl, combine honey, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, cider vinegar and chopped garlic; set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine blackened seasoning and brown sugar. Coat chicken breasts with seasoning.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and cooked through.
4. Add honey chipotle sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes longer, or until warm and thickened slightly.

Honey Chipotle Chicken

All you need:
2 tablespoons honey
2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
2 tablespoons adobo sauce (from the can of chipotle peppers)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 peeled garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons blackened seasoning

4 boneless, skinless thinly sliced chicken breasts
Sliced green onion or chopped cilantro, for garnish
