- Process strawberries, milk, yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.


2. Add chia seeds and stir to combine. Ladle or pour into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

1 cup milk (any variety)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Crushed freeze-dried strawberries, for garnish
