A beautiful balance of sweet and tangy, these wings are perfection. Caramelized brown sugar creates a rich, slightly smoky glaze, while the mustard adds just the right amount of tangy kick. Whether you’re serving these at a game day party or preparing them for a weeknight dinner, this recipe is sure to become your new favorite! I served mine with a chopped salad, but this would also be great with sweet potato fries.
- Preheat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
- Place chicken wings on the baking sheet and season lightly on both sides with kosher salt. Roast for 20 minutes; flip the wings and roast for 10 minutes longer.

3. Meanwhile, combine the mustards, brown sugar, freshly ground black pepper, cider vinegar and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl.

4. Turn oven to broil. Toss the wings in the mustard sauce and place back on the baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes, or until the tops are lightly charred.

5. Once out of the oven, let the wings rest for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
