
I picked up some perfect tomatoes at the farmers market this weekend and I’ve been enjoying them in a variety of ways. If you love the classic BLT sandwich, this dip takes all those delicious flavors and makes them perfect for sharing! Pair this dip with crackers, toasted baguette slices or cut veggies.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until very smooth.

2. Add shredded cheddar, green onion, half of the bacon, salt and pepper and beat again to combine. Spread the mixture evenly onto a plate or serving platter.


3. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and the remaining chopped bacon. Serve immediately or keep cold until ready to serve.

BLT Dip
Serves 10-12
All you need:
1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 small tomato, diced and patted dry
All you do:
