2 cups oats
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup grated apples
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (or honey)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
