I love guacamole prepared in so many ways, but this dill pickle version has quickly become one of my favorites! Creamy mashed avocado gets combined with tangy pickles, fresh lime juice, fresh herbs and jalapeno for a slight kick. Whether you’re a pickle fanatic (like me) or just looking for a fun twist on classic guac, this recipe brings serious flavor with minimal effort. Serve as a dip, spread for sandwiches, or topper for burgers or tacos.

2. Stir in red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, pickle juice, cilantro, dill, salt, and diced pickles.

3. Transfer guacamole to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional diced pickles and enjoy!
