Brown Sugar & Mustard Chicken Wings

A beautiful balance of sweet and tangy, these wings are perfection. Caramelized brown sugar creates a rich, slightly smoky glaze, while the mustard adds just the right amount of tangy kick. Whether you’re serving these at a game day party or preparing them for a weeknight dinner, this recipe is sure to become your new favorite! I served mine with a chopped salad, but this would also be great with sweet potato fries.

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  2. Place chicken wings on the baking sheet and season lightly on both sides with kosher salt. Roast for 20 minutes; flip the wings and roast for 10 minutes longer.

3. Meanwhile, combine the mustards, brown sugar, freshly ground black pepper, cider vinegar and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl.

4. Turn oven to broil. Toss the wings in the mustard sauce and place back on the baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes, or until the tops are lightly charred.

5. Once out of the oven, let the wings rest for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
