Similar to a cooking class, I will come to your home and provide guidance on how to make simple, wholesome weekly meals based completely around your dietary preferences and needs.  I will provide you with a grocery list and recipes (that you can keep) and we will prep together! This service is meant to build your confidence in the kitchen (and if you have kids, they are more than welcome to help too!).
