Caramelized onion, date, and gruyere tarts with fresh thyme

Personalized Brunch Overview

This is one of my favorite meals to prepare (because who doesn’t love brunch?). For groups of 2-40 (more people are negotiable), this meal is typically served buffet-style and it can be completely customized, but it normally includes fresh-cut fruit, a starch (like buttermilk waffles or baked French toast), meat (like homemade turkey breakfast sausage or chicken apple sausage), mini frittatas, and drinks (like pomegranate mimosas). I will arrive at your event 2-3 hours before brunch is served to start cooking (no need to be awake – just make sure the door is open and enjoy your snooze). Travel

Areas I normally serve include: Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Holland, Grand Rapids, Saugatuck, Fennville and South Haven. I would be happy to travel to your location; however, there will be a $50 travel fee for locations more than 1 hour away from Holland.
